Bernard Le Boursicot formed B&G 21 years ago. After a long career in a Sydney based meat company, he joined an Island trader. Bernard's initial career was in shipping. He has been honoured by the French government for services to the Australian-French business community. Bernard has a range of other business interests, beside the large B&G trading activities.



Keith Elloy was employed initially in a USA specialist shipping line and then a large export trader focused on USA and Japan. He later joined a meat processing company and gained further experience in a produce and fruit merchandising. Keith joined B&G 16 years ago. Keith is an acknowledged expert is all aspect of meat processing, exporting and export finance.
