Introduction

B & G Export Corporation deals with a full range of beef, veal, lamb, mutton, offals and co-products. We also export and trade in pork.

All product exported is produced in Australian registered export plants and those plants, cold stores and boning rooms are also accredited by AUS-MEAT Ltd. All halal product is certified by internationally accredited halal organisations under Australian Government supervision.

B & G also supply frozen poultry and frozen pork to a range of destinations.

Scroll over cut to see description below Topside 2000 Topside is situated caudal and medial to the femur bone and attached to the os coxae (aitchbone), and removed by following the natural seam between the Thick Flank and Silverside. The pizzle butt, fibrous tissue and inguinal lymph node and surrounding fat are removed.
